I highly recommend Brandon and Comfy Cozy Cooling after my recent experience. I have now moved away from Blanton's after years of paying for annual warranties that were not honored. Blanton's maintenance checks were shams, and they were not cleaning or checking what they should have been at all. Brandon at Comfy Cozy Cooling came in, found issues quickly, and checked with me on repair pricing. He found a coolant leak and low pressure that Blanton's had missed only two weeks prior on their maintenence check, despite being told that my system was not cooling up to par at the time of their visit. Brandon cleaned the outdoor unit that had obviously not been cleaned by Blanton's two weeks prior. Brandon also taught me a lot about ways to better maintain my system between checks. He is extremely thorough, polite, energetic, hard working and professional. Unlike other companies, this one will not walk into your home with the aim to sell extra products and services. He walks in eager and willing to help you keep your existing unit running, and also show you ways to save money while running it. I will be moving to his maintanence plan, feeling better covered for my HVAC needs.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Was out within an hour and after hours! Had my a/c up and running again within an hour of being here. Super transparent, fair and honest. Could not recommend this company enough!

Best HVAC company we’ve ever hired. Brandon is wonderful and will be our HVAC person from now on. He is very thorough and honest. He repaired our unit and got our A/C back up and running a lot better than before. And his prices were great too. I’d recommend him to anyone needing his services.
